The complex tooling required for precision, long-run progressive dies is achieved by combining Old-World craftsmanship with modern technology. Dies are constructed of high-quality tool steel with carbide inserts. Non-carbide die components are guaranteed for the life of the product. Carbide components are guaranteed a minimum of 10-15 million parts.
We have several dies that have gone up to 70 million parts and still have 75% of their die life remaining. That is without any maintenance charges passed on to our customers.
