We are skilled at producing precision long run progressive stamping dies constructed of high-quality steel with carbide inserts. Carbide components are guaranteed a minimum of 10 to 15 million parts. (Most have lasted longer!) Non-carbide components are guaranteed for the life of the product.
The Latest in Precision Manufacturing Software and Technology
At MTSI, we utilize the latest in micro and nano stamping technology. We use the MeasurLink® statistical process control software and advanced quality control to ensure consistently high quality on every production run. We can hold tolerance on precision micro stamping to ± .0002”. (Quality control per MIL I_45208).
High volume and raw material special purchases allow MTSI to provide reasonable pricing for prototypes as well as short and long runs. Long-term purchase orders translate into short-term deliveries and price reductions.
